At the Wemding site, the topic of sustainability is becoming more and more prevalent. This can be seen in all the sustainability projects, such as the expansion of the photovoltaic systems or the construction of insect hotels for wild bees, wasps, bumblebees and other useful insects, which the trainees built as part of a project. Flowering meadows were also established at the site in 2020 and 2021.
