Valeo files its 2016 Registration Document

Paris, March 27, 2017 - Valeo announces that on March 24, 2017 it filed its 2016 Registration Document (Document de référence) containing the Annual Financial Report (in French only) with the French financial markets authority (Autorité des marchés financiers – AMF).

The 2016 Registration Document is available on the Group’s website www.valeo.com under Investors & Shareholders/Regulated Information as well as on the website of the AMF (www.amf-france.org). A paper version of the document will be provided to shareholders free of charge on request.

The English language translation of the Registration Document will be available on the Group’s website in the coming days.

The Registration Document includes the Report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the internal control procedures implemented by the Company as well as the related report of the Statutory Auditors and details of the Company’s share buyback program.
