Valeo files its 2014 Registration Document

The 2014 Registration Document is available on the Group’s website www.valeo.com under Investors & Shareholders/Regulated Information as well as on the website of the AMF (www.amf-france.org).

The English language translation of the Registration Document will be available on the Group’s website in the coming days.

The Registration Document includes the Report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the internal control and risk management procedures implemented by the Company as well as the related report of the Statutory Auditors, information concerning fees paid to the Statutory Auditors, the annual information document (pursuant to article 222-7 of the AMF’s General Regulations), and details of the Company’s share buyback program.
