Valeo Egypt Celebrates Gender Diversity in A Pandemic-friendly Way
To encourage gender diversity, Valeo Egypt held a webinar on gender bias at the workplace and the means to overcome it.
As the tradition goes, Valeo celebrates diversity in all its shapes and forms: gender, culture, generations and disability. Once again this year, and despite the tough times the world is going through, Valeo Egypt chose to celebrate gender diversity, and pay homage to all the men and women out there who are coming together to build a better future for the world.
Valeo Egypt has organized a webinar session held by Rania Abu Rabia, Executive Leadership Coach and Progressive Leadership & Positive Psychology Specialist, to tackle a very important subject: unconscious bias at the workplace. The talk provided useful insights on how the human mind works and the means to overcome unconscious bias against other genders, races, social classes, etc.
Employees were interested to hear more about the positive aspects of unconscious bias, and how to handle it if it occurs negatively in the workplace.
For many years, Valeo has been committed to strengthening diversity in every dimension and fully integrating it into its culture as it contributes to the quality of life of our employees and allows them to evolve in many ways both professionally and personally.
