Valeo 48V technology at the Place de la Concorde

The world’s largest cities have committed to reduce CO₂ emissions and the French capital is no exception. During the Paris Motor Show, an unprecedented green test drive center is taking place to showcase some of the best ‘clean’ technologies: electric, hybrid, hydrogen and natural gas (NGV).

In the magnificent surroundings of Place de la Concorde, two cars fitted with Valeo’s innovative 48V low-voltage solution: the hybrid Golf and the fully electric e-City were presented during the opening ceremony on October 4th.

48V is ideal for urban mobility: the vehicles fitted with this technology are smaller, lighter and its relatively low cost makes it accessible to all.
