In recognition of its outstanding export performance in 2023, Valeo Türkiye received the prestigious ‘Golden Exporter’ award, ranking first among 129 companies evaluated by the Automotive Exporters' Association. According to the results of the ‘Türkiye's Top 1000 Exporters 2023’ research announced by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM), Valeo Türkiye rose from 118th to 86th place in the export ranking.

With more than 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, Valeo Türkiye has become one of the largest suppliers to global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and aftermarket customers both domestically and internationally.

More than half of our products are exported, mainly to Europe.

Our portfolio covers a wide range of technologies for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, heavy vehicles, tractors, buses and coaches. Valeo Türkiye, supported by its strong production capabilities, plays a key role in serving global OEM customers. In 2023, the company accounted for over 2% of Valeo’s global revenue..

Bursa Valeo Power Clutch Systems Production Facility

Established in 1989 in the Demirtaş Organised Industrial Zone (DOSAB), this plant covers an area of 23,000 m² and employs over 900 qualified employees. It specialises in the design and manufacture of the latest Clutch, Torque Limiter and Dual Mass Flywheel technologies for a wide range of vehicles, including hybrid models. Considered an R&D centre since 2011, this facility collaborates with more than 50 major global customers.

Bursa Valeo Power HVAC and Fan Systems Production Facility

Operating since 2011 in Bursa Organised Industrial Zone (OSB) on an area of 5,400 m² with approximately 200 employees, the plant manufactures HVAC air conditioning units, fan systems and brushless motors, which were added to the portfolio in 2019. The facility was certified as a design centre in 2019 and works with leading automotive manufacturers.

Bursa Valeo Power Alternator Production Facility

Located in Bursa Organised Industrial Zone (OSB), this facility manufactures alternators for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Established in 2011, the plant has an area of 7,000 m² and employs over 200 people. It received the design centre certificate in 2019.

Bursa Valeo Power E-Drive Compressor Production Facility

Construction of a 25,000 m2 Electronic Compressor Production Facility has started in Bursa Technology Organised Industrial Zone (TEKNOSAB). This new facility will stand out with the production of electric compressors. This product, which is a critical component for electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles, will bring a new area of expertise and process to the sector. With the 2025 plant, Valeo Turkiye’s production capacity and current employment will be doubled.

Bursa Valeo Wiper Systems Production Facility

Located in Bursa Organised Industrial Zone (OSB) on an area of 2,000 m², this plant employs more than 100 employees for the assembly of wiper blades, wiper arms and front/rear wiper mechanisms. Valeo Wiper Systems is the sole supplier to a large number of OEMs in the local market.

Valeo Service Organisation-VSA

It supplies original spare parts to automobile manufacturers and parts to the independent spare parts market. It serves Türkiye, Middle East and Africa with 13 product groups for passenger cars and 11 product groups for heavy vehicles. In addition, our Turkish website, new digital programme and loyalty programme are designed to meet the needs of tradesmen, retailers and drivers.

R&D and Innovation

Operating as a certified R&D centre since 2011, Valeo Türkiye plays an important role in global product development. It is one of Valeo Power’s four development centres worldwide and serves as a global competence centre for passenger car manual transmissions.
