Through an international network, we anticipate market developments and optimize our industrial footprint to meet our customers’ needs and accompany them every step of the way. With production facilities in each of the world’s major vehicle assembly regions, we continue to develop new sites where our customers are present, with the highest quality production and most competitive costs.
Staying close to our customers
Our international sales network of nearly 700 sales directors and employees looks after day-to-day customer relations and defines Group sales strategies for each Product Group.
Our Group Customer Directors work closely and coordinate all relations with a particular automaker to meet the customer’s needs across all Business Groups.

Involving our customers from the start
The best way to better understand our product and technologies is to see our latest automotive innovations in action. At Ride & Drive events, customers test drive our latest technologies on a private track, using specially equipped demo vehicles. This is how we involve automakers from the start, showcasing our research and development work at the pre-project stage.
Getting consumer insights
To strengthen our technological lead and anticipate demand in a highly competitive market, Valeo undertakes consumer surveys. By finding out what drivers seek in the cars of the future, we are able to proactively develop the most innovative automotive solutions for our customers.
