The Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle solution gives electric autonomy to the vehicle for a distance of up to 50 km. It enables the reduction of CO2 emissions, one of Valeo’s main commitments.
Valeo continues to improve the plug-in Hybrid vehicle by developing technologies like automated transmission and high voltage products such as inverters, battery chargers, DCDC Converter, Crankshaft Motor Generator, Gearbox Motor Generator, and an electric Rear Axle Drive. These allow better performance, less fuel consumption and greater user comfort.
