Ivo works as an operator on the APU Brazing for the second year in Valeo and he works in the workplace the disassembly of the blocks. His task is to disassemble the blocks that come out of the oven after the soldering process and to pass these blocks to a colleague who tests them for tightness.

He admits that the work on dismantling is physically demanding, but he appreciates a very clean working environment and good relations in the workplace with colleagues. He sees his career into the future, he would like to expand his knowledge and skills in other workplaces.
