When your job is a calling
Martyna Łuczka is an Environmental Protection and Waste Management Coordinator at Valeo Chrzanów, our site in Poland for R&D and production of automotive lighting technologies. She embodied our commitment to sustainability and champions the cause every day in her work.
Martyna says the heart of her mission is “minimizing our environmental footprint and promoting sustainable practices in our operations.” Her initiatives in waste management have significantly reduced the site’s annual mixed waste by more than 62%, a monumental achievement in sustainability efforts, and she has implemented projects to increase waste recycling onsite and optimize waste management processes.
“This is not just a job, it’s a calling. It’s a chance to make a meaningful difference in protecting our environment and promoting sustainability,” Martyna says. Currently, she is spearheading projects aimed at improving waste reduction, implementing new technologies, and promoting ecological awareness among her colleagues at Valeo Chrzanów.
