Keyless entry car

Last update: 01 Aug. 2024

What is a Keyless entry car?

The Keyless Entry Car is a technology designed to enhance convenience and security for vehicle owners.

Its system features a sophisticated key fob that offers both Remote Key Entry (active switch) and Passive Entry Passive Start (handless) features. Utilizing advanced technologies such as Bluetooth Low Energy or Ultra Wide Band, this system allows drivers to unlock and start their vehicles without the need to physically handle the key fob.

With Remote Key Entry, drivers can unlock their vehicles with a simple press of a button on the key fob, providing quick and convenient access. Passive Entry Passive Start takes convenience to the next level by automatically unlocking the vehicle when the driver approaches, without the need to remove the key fob from their pocket or bag.

In addition to Bluetooth Low Energy or Ultra Wide Band technology, our Keyless Entry Car system also offers a backup solution based on Near-Field Communication (NFC), providing an alternative method for accessing the vehicle in case of emergencies or when the primary technology is unavailable.
